Soft cream with organic fig, obtained from certified organic fruit, cane sugar and organic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP.
It has a pleasant sugary taste, with a hint of ripe fig, perfectly balanced by the bitter notes of balsamic vinegar, which make it a harmonious and very pleasant product.

Low temperature cooking keeps the mineral salts and vitamins naturally present in the raw materials unchanged, for a healthy and natural product, which does not contain pectin, aromas and artificial colourings. The velvety is gluten-free.
