The organic pear jam is produced with IGP Williams Pears from organic farming, cane sugar and organic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP .
Low temperature cooking keeps the mineral salts and vitamins naturally present in the raw materials unchanged. It is a healthy and natural product, which does not contain pectin, artificial flavours and colourings. It is gluten-free.
