1. How to conclude the contract with the Seller:

2. Payment:

2.2 Payments in execution of the purchase contracts stipulated through the Site can be made through Credit Cards, PayPal or by advance bank transfer. At the time of the conclusion of the Purchase Agreement, the Customer must have checked the summary of the order and confirm the operation.
2.3 In case of payment by Credit Card, the financial information (for example the number of the credit / debit card or the expiry date) will be forwarded, through an encrypted protocol, to the Bank to which the
Seller relies or to other banks, that provide the related remote electronic payment services, without third parties having access to them in any way. Furthermore, this information will never be used by the Seller, except to complete the procedures relating to the Customer’s purchase or following the exercise of withdrawal.
3. Product shipments and deliveries:

5. Right of withdrawal:
5.1 Pursuant to Legislative Decree 06/09/05 nr. 206, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without penalty, within fourteen (14) days from the delivery of the products.
5.2 To withdraw from the contract, an email must be sent to Customer Service. Once the aforementioned notice of withdrawal has been received, “La Bottega di Adriano Grosoli dal 1891” will quickly communicate to the Customer the instructions on how to return the goods.
5.3 The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions:
– The law applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the product purchased.

By law, the shipping costs for returning the goods are charged to the Customer.

6. Guarantees:

The company Aceto Balsamico del Duca di Adriano Grosoli s.r.l. guarantees that all the ordered goods will be delivered even in the event of damage or loss during transport.
Upon delivery of the goods, the Customer is required to check:
– that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document.
– that the packaging is intact and unaltered.
If the damage of the delivered packages is externally visible resulting in tampering, breakages and / or abrasions, the Customer must immediately contest the carrier and sign the transport / delivery document
presented by the courier with ” goods received unchecked “, stating the reasons (e.g. heavily damaged packaging). Then contact our Customer Service. All return requests must be received within 24 (twenty-
four) hours of receiving the goods, by fax and / or e-mail. Our Web Customer Service will take care of any return procedure.
However, in case of conformity defects of Products sold by the company Aceto Balsamico del Duca di Adriano Grosoli s.r.l., the Customer must immediately contact Customer Service.
The legal guarantees provided for in articles 129, 130 and 132 of the Consumer Code apply to the sale of the Products. The Customer has the right, at his choice and provided that the type of product allows it, to
restore, without charge, the conformity of the product by repair or replacement, or to an adequate reduction of the price or termination of the contract. The Customer forfeits these rights if he/she does not report to the company ” Aceto Balsamico del Duca di Adriano Grosoli s.r.l. ” the lack of conformity within the term of 2 (two) months from the date on which it discovered the defect, provided that it is not a Product which by its nature is perishable or subject to expiry in a shorter term, in which case the defect must be reported within this reduced period.
As already indicated above, the same company:
– Reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and paying the shipping costs for returning the goods to its premises.
– Reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or sent with couriers other than that indicated in the email with the return instructions.
– Will not accept the returned goods if the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions set out in the return policy.
6.2 Force majeure – fortuitous event In cases of force majeure or fortuitous event, the company ” Aceto Balsamico del Duca di Adriano Grosoli s.r.l. ” cannot be held responsible for delay or non-delivery and will have the right to terminate the contract in whole or in part and / or suspend and / or postpone the shipment.

the conclusion of this distance selling contract, if the Customer is a consumer, the territorial jurisdiction is that of the reference hole of his / her municipality of residence; in all other cases, the territorial jurisdiction is exclusively that of the Forum of MODENA.
